We help our clients recognize their fundamental Constitutional rights and honor their fight, drive and courage to enforce them.

After being trained as a litigator and trial attorney at several insurance defense law firms, I wanted to use my skills to represent clients who were in need.  I began to represent tenants facing eviction and found my passion.

I think it's because I was raised by a single mother in a family with four children.  I remember my mom, working two jobs just to make ends meet.  It was a struggle to pay for our bills each month.  So I have a deep understanding for our clients who can barely afford their "low rent" apartment. The lack of affordable housing in San Francisco is real and the population that is greatly affected by the recent explosion of wealth and technology are the long-term tenants who are often being ousted under a pretext.

Yet, I also recognize that the litigation process is stressful, given the possibility of  homelessness. Therefore, we emphasize a holistic approach, advocating self-care, mindfulness, reflection and meditation during the legal process.  As your attorney, I analyze the law, evaluate the options and strategize with you to obtain the best possible outcome.
